Calendula is a floral plant with numerous properties, both nutritional and medicinal.
Its intense yellow flower is used in the preparation of nourishing creams for the skin, for its regenerating effect.
It is also an excellent dandruff.
It has astringent, anti-spasmotic, anti-infection and anti-inflammatory properties.
Increases the flexibility and elasticity of the skin in delicate and sensitive areas such as the eye area.
Contains Vitamin C, of great antioxidant power.
If applied on the joints, it has antirheumatic action.
Calendula oil is used as a massage oil for its soothing properties: to heal and relieve wounds and sunburns, as it stimulates the growth of new tissue; or to soothe the irritation of the skin of babies.
It is applied in case of cuts, abrasions, cracks and scrapes.
