The use by the customer of the company's online store, as well as its services, implies acceptance of the general conditions of purchase.

These general conditions of purchase are subject to Spanish legislation. In the case of litigation, the contracting parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the province of Soria expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, assuming the party that breaches the contract the judicial and extrajudicial expenses arising from the claim including the expenses of lawyers, solicitors, etc.

Sale prices

All prices shown in our product catalog include VAT. The currently applicable VAT rate is 10% for food products and 21% for the rest.

In any case, the total amount to be paid will be that indicated on the last screen of the CASH.

The prices displayed on masquechocolate.com may be reviewed and modified if the conditions require it at any time.

The company reserves the right to cancel the purchase of any product in the store, making the corresponding total refund of the amount to the customer, if the price of the product is wrong.

Period of Validity of the Present Conditions

The period of validity of these conditions will be the time they remain published on the website and will apply to the products purchased at the time these conditions were available.

In any case, the company reserves the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the services contracted by users prior to the modification, except in those cases in which the user has changed or modified the service contracted, in which case the conditions in force at the time of the change and / or modification will apply.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for products that arrive in poor condition, damaged or manipulated:

If the box appears to have been tampered with or damaged when you receive it, DO NOT ACCEPT IT and return it to the carrier.
If the box looks good, but a product is not to your total satisfaction, please contact us at the email indicated on this page.
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered.
All returns must be authorized by DULCES TÍPICOS EL BEATO, S.L.

The Client must request the return by email, to the address indicated above, stating the reason and the invoice number. The merchandise will be exchanged or the money will be returned, whichever option the customer chooses.

Due to the high quality and nature of the products sold, returns will not be accepted after 3 days from delivery.

In case of the return within this period, the customer will bear the return costs and will have to be sent by courier.

Returns that do not come in their original packaging will not be accepted. You must make sure that the items are perfectly packed so as not to be damaged during transport. In the event that we receive the damaged products due to improper packaging, their return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the products and check their status, we will proceed to refund the amount or change the product for one of equal value.

Send conditions

You will receive your shipment at the delivery address you have chosen during the purchase process. We will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment.

Delivery times
The delivery time is 24-72 hours depending on the subsequent transport conditions. For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, the order processing will take place from the next business day.

If the purchase payment is made by bank transfer, the order processing will be carried out once the payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, set at 6 euros for peninsular territory, are borne by the customer. Shipping costs will be free for orders over 50 euros.
